Workplace Training

Our new approach to workplace wellbeing training aims to create a culture where employees flourish and learn how to reach their full potential and thrive in the workplace. Our goal is for employees to feel valued, supported and most importantly empowered to take an active role in managing their mental health and wellbeing. Prioritising the wellbeing of your employees is a necessity for sustained success but is also an opportunity to create a thriving environment where everyone benefits from a strengths-based approach to mental health and wellbeing.

Gratitude for workplace Transformation

Cultivating gratitude in the workplace offers a wide range of benefits that enhance both individual well-being and organizational performance. Gratitude is a morale booster which enhances interpersonal relationships by promoting empathy, kindness, and cooperation among team members, which can reduce conflicts and improve teamwork. This positive atmosphere not only supports mental and emotional health, reducing stress and burnout, but also fosters a culture of continuous appreciation and recognition. Organisations that cultivate gratitude in the workplace, experience better overall performance, increased innovation, and a stronger, more cohesive organisational culture.

Challenging Imposter Syndrome

What is now recognised as a widely experienced phenomenon, it is estimated that 70% of people will experience at least one episode of imposter syndrome at some point in their lives. Our training focusses on equipping employees with the tools and strategies needed to recognize, address, and overcome feelings of self-doubt and inadequacy despite their accomplishments. It explores the symptoms, common triggers, and the psychological impact it can have on both personal and professional growth. We explore the negative thought patterns and self-limiting beliefs that contribute to imposter feelings. Learnings include exercises that foster self-awareness and self-compassion, encouraging employees to acknowledge their achievements and strengths. By the end of the training, employees are better equipped to challenge imposter syndrome, leading to increased self-esteem, improved performance, and a more positive work environment.

Strengths-Building for Flourishing

Utilising character strengths in the workplace offers significant benefits for employees, enhancing both their personal and professional lives. When employees recognize and leverage their unique strengths, they experience greater job satisfaction and engagement, as their work becomes more aligned with their natural abilities and passions. Research shows that people who apply their character strengths often are 18x more likely to be flourishing. When we make the most of our strengths we are happier, less stressed and better able to achieve our goals. Strengths use is also a resilience builder and people who use their strengths perform better at work. In this training, we’ll introduce employees to the benefits of strengths and provide them with practical strategies to use their strengths in daily life for better mental health and enhanced well-being.

Resilience 2.0

Resilience-building 2.0 looks beyond recent resilience focus, to the skills needed to be resilient in 2024 and beyond. We harness the most cutting-edge research on resilience-building to enable individuals, teams and leaders to not just survive through challenges, but rather thrive and flourish through them. Our programme content is rich with examples and is uniquely interesting, delivered in a dynamic, highly interactive way and is intuitively responsive to the needs of our participants. In addition to research backed methodologies and the framework of the Jess© Resilience-building Model 2.0, we bring decades of our own life and work experience to provide working examples of how the tools can be applied. Our model is applicable to a wide variety of organisations and has been adopted by key global industry players in the health, banking, pharma and educational sectors.

Trust Building for Leaders

Trust-building behaviours are rooted in courage and a willingness to be vulnerable. These are critical for the success of every team and organisation and yet, especially since Covid, we have moved so far away from these vital enablers to wellbeing and optimal performance. We revisit trust-building by looking at simple, old-fashioned principles that worked because we ‘shook on it‘. We then explore how the brain reacts when we don‘t trust and how we can build trust by using the 4 corners of our unique Jess© Trust-building Model - Communication, Capability, Character and Consistency. We align this model to the Jess© Resilience-building model 2.0 to enable you to connect these vital components to wellbeing and optimal performance. Our highly interactive, reflective, dynamic and experience makes this a ‘must-have‘ to include in your training offering.
