Shelley
Crawford

An Organisational, Coaching and Teaching Psychologist, Shelley's passion is helping people to thrive in their work and personal lives.

She is known for her creative and engaging training intervention design and delivery. Her training programmes are underpinned by her extensive experience and knowledge in coaching, neuroscience, resilience- and trust-building, positive and coaching psychology and leadership.

Shelley's work roles have ranged from HR Director, Lecturer (HR, Psychology, Leadership and Economics), Consulting Psychologist. She currently leads a global accreditation assessment team for the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

An EMCC accredited Master Coach (EIA MP) and Supervisor (ESIA) Shelley supervises and mentors other coaches and mentors.

Caroline
Jackman

A Positive Psychology Practitioner & Coach, Caroline specialises in the area of stress reduction interventions, character strengths and supporting women in the workplace.

As a wellbeing workshop presenter, she delivers on the topics of Strengths use for stress management and how to thrive in the workplace with Strengths.

Caroline works with leaders, HR teams and wellbeing stakeholders to assess and design comprehensive and bespoke wellbeing strategies incorporating evidence-based wellbeing initiatives and models.

As a 1-2-1 and group Coach, Caroline works with individuals and teams through the process of strengths surveying & discovery and provides tailored interventions and plans for incorporating strengths use into work and home life.
